1, the use of lubrication system considerations
 

　　(1) Inspection of oil level. Remove the dipstick and the oil level should be between the upper and lower lines. If it is lower than the lower mark, it will affect the lubrication of the entire engine, and it should be supplemented with oil, with an organic oil filler on top. If the oil level is higher than the upper reticle, the oil should be drained and there is a drain port underneath. Excessive oil will cause the oil to malfunction. (2) Selection of oil quantity. The 3070 type harvester is required to use grade C diesel engine oil for its engine, among which Yuchai engine is recommended to use CD grade oil, SAE40 is used in summer, and SAE30 or SAE20 is used in winter. SAE15/40 oil can also be used as a compound oil, which can be used in winter and summer. The machine is shipped with 15W/40 oil. (3) The oil change cycle of the machine. For a new car, change the engine oil when it is operated for 60 hours. After every 150 hours of operation, the engine oil of the oil pan will be let off, and the new engine oil will be added. It is required to change the oil in the hot car state.
 

2, fuel system use matters needing attention
 

　　(1) The choice of diesel engine number. The engine requires the use of No. 0 light diesel oil, the oil number is No. 0, -10, -20, -35, the oil number also indicates the condensation point of this diesel, the selected grade must be based on the local temperature, Ensure that the freezing point of the selected diesel is 5°C lower than the ambient temperature.
 

　　(2) The capacity of the 3070 type harvester oil tank is 110L. The added diesel oil can reach the lower edge of the strainer and the fuel tank should not be used empty. The lower part is the sewage outlet. After the daily operation, diesel oil that has been deposited for more than 24 hours is added to the tank. Before the daily work, the sewage outlet is opened to release the precipitated water and impurities.
 

3, the use of cooling system precautions
 

　　The cooling system is one of the working systems that ensures that the engine has a normal working temperature, and it includes a dust cover, a water tank, a fan, and a water pump.
 

　　(1) Check the cooling water level. Open the tank cover and check whether the water level reaches the upper edge of the heat sink.
 

　　(2) Addition of cooling water. After the parking lot is filled with water, start the engine and the liquid level of the warm water tank will drop. It is necessary to add water twice, otherwise it will cause high engine temperature.
 

　　(3) The engine has three discharge valves, which are respectively on the body, under the water tank, and under the oil radiator. Before the freezing, three drain valves must be opened to drain the ordinary water.
 

4, the use of intake system considerations
 

　　The air intake system is a system that provides sufficient, clean air to the engine. For this purpose, the air intake system is equipped with a strainer. The coarse filter can remove large particles of dust in the air, and the dirt in the skin should be cleaned regularly during maintenance. If you find that the exhaust system of the engine is emitting black smoke and the power is insufficient, clean the air fine filter, unscrew the end cap knob, remove the end cap, and then remove the filter core for cleaning. Under normal circumstances, simple maintenance methods can be used: on the tire, gently slap to remove dust. Normally two maintenances are performed every day.
